How long will it take to receive my order?
Most of our lighting fixtures are made to order with a lead time of 2 to 4 weeks. Once shipped, domestic delivery typically takes an additional 3 to 5 business days.
Are your lighting fixtures compatible with international voltages?
Yes, many of our fixtures can be wired for 240v systems. Please contact us prior to ordering to ensure the specific model you are interested in is compatible with your country's electrical standards.
What is your return policy for handcrafted items?
Because our items are custom-made to your specifications, we do not accept returns. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours for a replacement.

Are the light bulbs included with my purchase?
Light bulbs are generally not included unless specified in the product description. This allows you to choose the exact brightness and color temperature that suits your space.
Can I customize the finish or cord length of a fixture?
Absolutely. We offer various powder-coated finishes and adjustable cord lengths. If you need a custom length or a specific color not listed, please reach out for a custom quote.
